Job summary

JL Connects in Ann Arbor seeks an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to grow and service a book of business containing mostly middle-market accounts, with some high-net-worth. In this hybrid role, you design personal insurance programs with clients and prospects, manage service issues, and retain relationships while leveraging AMS systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience of working with personal lines accounts.
• Active P&C Insurance License.
• Experience with Applied EPIC, AMS360 or other AMS systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with various insurance products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
