A leading company in transportation insurance is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Executive to manage client accounts and provide excellent service to clients in the insurance sector. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our commercial lines team at our Bondar Insurance Group office. This role has a heavy focus on the Transportation Insurance sector.

Client Data and Communication Management: Maintain accurate client records in TAM (CRM system), document communications and action items per procedure, and ensure timely delivery of client materials with complete confidentiality.
Administrative and Operational Support: Efficiently manage Outlook (emails, calendars, tasks), handle inbound calls, and coordinate daily operations in collaboration with the Director of Marketing, Producers, and Account Executives.
Client Servicing and Relationship Management: Provide high-quality service and support to clients, carriers, and partners; review client exposures and current coverages; and recommend insurance solutions, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and account rounding.
Policy Lifecycle Management: Oversee policy handling from binding to issuance, including processing endorsements, change requests, audits, and issuing certificates (EOI/COI/ID cards), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Renewal and Quoting Support: Coordinate with the team on expiration reports to ensure timely renewals; assist with preparing quotes, proposals, summaries of insurance, and online rating for new and renewal business.
Quality Assurance and Compliance: Verify new and renewal policies for accuracy (rating, forms, coverages, etc.), ensure updates in the management system, and comply with agency and industry E&O guidelines.
Professional Development and Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry changes and product offerings, participate in agency trainings and meetings, and continuously enhance professional skills to support business growth and compliance.

Salary range is $75,000 - $100,000 (based on experience).
