Foundation Risk Partners in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Coordinator to support the Account Management team with policy administration, renewals, and client service. The role develops insurance expertise through training and licensing while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance for clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

This entry-level position prepares teammates for future advancement into an Account Manager role, with opportunities to build relationships

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Commercial insurance experience preferred.
• Experience with Applied Epic or CSR24 preferred.
• Ability to obtain Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty License within six months of hire.
• Pursuit of additional industry education encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Process certificates of insurance and policy administration tasks.
• Assist renewal processes and marketing submissions.
• Review policies and endorsements for accuracy and coordinate corrections.
• Handle agency bill transactions and invoicing activities.
• Maintain documentation in the agency management system.
• Respond to client and internal service requests with professionalism.
• Build relationships with clients, carriers, brokers, and teammates.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Participate in ongoing training and licensing activities.
• Support special projects for the Commercial Lines service team.
