Job summary

The ideal candidate will handle certificates of insurance, support account managers, and perform essential administrative duties to establish, service, and maintain client accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to attain a 4-40 insurance license.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Insurance industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains open items checklists/timelines.
• Prepares certificates of insurance.
• Works directly with account managers assisting with client servicing tasks.
• Familiarity with administrative office tasks.
