Job summary

Foundation Risk Partners of FL is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Coordinator to support the Account Management team in servicing commercial insurance clients. The role focuses on policy administration, client requests, and carrier interactions with a path toward an Account Manager role.

Successful candidates will pursue and obtain the Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty license within six months and participate in ongoing training to expand technical insurance knowledge while maintaining

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty License within six months of hire.
• Pursuit of additional industry education and professional development is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Management in servicing commercial insurance accounts, processing certificates, endorsements, renewals, audits, and invoicing.
• Assist with renewal process by updating policy information, coordinating submissions, and reviewing documents for accuracy.
• Review policies and related documents to ensure accuracy and coordinate corrections with carriers and internal teams.
• Process agency bill transactions and related invoicing activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system.
• Respond to client and internal service requests with professional, timely service.
• Build relationships with clients, carrier partners, and colleagues.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
