Job summary

Stones River Electric is seeking an experienced Lighting Technician to support our growing national operations. The role focuses on installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of commercial and industrial lighting systems, controls, and related electrical circuits.

Requirements include 2–3 years of hands-on experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, HS diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with commercial lighting systems.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Proficient with basic technology (iPad, etc.).
• Good communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Must pass drug screen, background check, and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial and industrial lighting systems and related electrical branch circuits.
• Perform preventive maintenance on lighting systems and controls in field settings.
• Assist in wiring and commissioning of lighting projects as required.
