Job summary

Stones River Electric is seeking a Lighting Technician to support our growing national operations. The role focuses on installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of commercial and industrial lighting systems and related electrical branch circuits.

The candidate should have 2-3 years hands-on field experience, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, pass drug/background/MVR checks, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience with commercial lighting systems and repairs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and comfortable with heights.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload in the field.
• Comfortable using basic technology (iPad, etc.).
• Good communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Must pass drug screen, background check, and MVR.

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial/industrial lighting systems.
• Install and test controls and electrical branch circuits.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and timely repairs.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lighting & Electrical Technician with 2-3 years of hands-on field experience. This role focuses on the installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of commercial and industrial lighting systems, controls, and associated electrical branch circuits.
