Central Bank of the Ozarks is seeking a Commercial Lender to solicit, develop and manage credit relationships across secured and unsecured loans, including commercial real estate. You will oversee the commercial loan portfolio and work with leadership on complex relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education/experience.
• Typically less than three years lending experience.
• Knowledge of commercial lending and real estate including appraisals and lien recording.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and loan risk.
• Strong communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, develop and manage credit relationships for secured and unsecured loans.
• Oversee and manage commercial loan portfolio.
• Collaborate with Chief Lending Officer on complex relationships.
• Ensure profitability while maintaining acceptable risk.
• Adhere to bank procedures, policies and reporting requirements.
