Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent banking experience.
• Minimum 2 years of lending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking operations and financial analysis is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Interview loan applicants to determine creditworthiness and borrowing needs.
• Analyze financial statements, tax returns, credit reports, collateral, and other documents.
• Structure loan requests per bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare loan presentations and recommendations for approval.
• Monitor and manage loan portfolio for quality and compliance.
• Conduct annual loan reviews and maintain documentation.
• Identify problem loans and work with management on resolutions.
• Cross-sell bank products and services and participate in community activities.
