A highly respected Minneapolis law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Lending Paralegal to support attorneys with commercial lending and real estate finance matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented paralegal who is comfortable managing legal documentation, coordinating deadlines, reviewing due diligence, and supporting transactions from initial preparation through closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Review title and survey documents
• Prepare initial drafts of loan documents and loan amendments
• Draft closing instruction letters
• Review UCC searches, organizational documents, insurance certificates, and other due diligence materials
• Maintain and update closing checklists
• Monitor due diligence sites and transaction deadlines

• Base salary: $73,000 to $92,000, depending on experience
