Job summary

Ag 1 Source seeks a Commercial Lender in the Oklahoma City metro to develop new financial relationships and manage an existing loan portfolio. The role spans C&I, CRE, equipment, and small business lending with credit analysis and deal structuring to meet bank standards.

You will present credit memorandums, collaborate with leadership, and cross-sell treasury and other products while driving community involvement and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial lending experience.
• Experience with financial analysis, credit structuring, and underwriting.
• Ability to manage and grow a quality loan portfolio.
• Strong communication skills and professional presence.
• Self-starter mentality with a producer mindset.
• High level of tenacity, effort, and accountability.
• Team-oriented approach with willingness to support broader bank needs.
• Working knowledge of regulatory compliance (RESPA, HMDA, Fair Lending, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Execute within policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
