Job summary

ThinkingAhead is partnering with a well-established community bank to recruit a Commercial Loan Officer in McKinney, TX. You will generate new commercial business, structure and underwrite loan packages, and lead credit analysis decisions to support client outcomes.

The role emphasizes growing a portfolio, cross-selling treasury services, and actively participating in local business networks and chamber events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial lending experience, with a demonstrated track record of origination and closing.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred
• Strong technical foundation in credit analysis, deal structuring, and negotiation
• An established book of business, or the relationships and reputation to build one quickly in the McKinney/Collin County market
• Sound judgment, discretion, and the professional presence to represent the bank at every level

Responsibilities
