Executive Alliance's client is a major Property Management Company seeking a commercially minded Leasing Manager to support leasing across office and retail portfolios on Long Island, collaborating with owners, brokers, tenants, and internal teams.

Responsibilities include transaction coordination, lease administration, reporting, onboarding, and transitioning tenants, with a production-based bonus and company-provided tools such as car, phone, and laptop.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience managing a portfolio of commercial properties.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with brokers, tenants, and counsel.

• Support underwriting of new deals.

Overview

Our client is seeking a commercially minded Leasing Manager to support leasing activity across its office and retail portfolio while partnering closely with key contacts across the organization and throughout the Long Island commercial real estate industry.

• Familiarity with office and retail leasing workflows, documentation, and tenant coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active matters and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management and lease administration platforms is strongly preferred.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with brokers, tenants, counsel, and internal stakeholders.
• Support underwriting of new deals.
• 5 years' experience with portfolio of commercial properties
