Lpc is looking for a Commercial Leasing Associate to support executive operations in Arizona and Nevada. Key responsibilities include communication with tenants and brokers, market analysis, and leasing document preparation. The ideal candidate will possess an AZ Real Estate License, a Bachelor's degree, and 2+ years of experience.

The Commercial Leasing Associate will support a member of the executive team overseeing Arizona and Nevada. Primary responsibility shall include assisting with communications/lease negotiations with outside brokers. Assist in tenant improvements for an industrial portfolio. Assist with property related duties and any other tasks deemed by the senior members.
