Job summary

Greystar is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager/Lease Administrator in Tennessee to support mixed-use communities. You will interpret tenant leases, guide local teams on lease obligations, and prepare lease abstracts highlighting financial and legal details.

Responsibilities include budgeting, CAM reconciliations, rent roll accuracy, and training staff on lease language. Strong communication and multitasking are essential in this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial property management and/or lease administration experience.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software.
• Knowledge of CAM reconciliation processes.
• Strong understanding of commercial lease terms, property operations and financial reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assists local real estate leaders and management teams in interpreting tenant leases and landlord contractual obligations.
• Provides guidance on lease specifications to local management teams.
• Generates lease abstracts outlining key financial, business and legal information and communicates unusual provisions and obligations.
• Assists with operating budget preparation by reviewing income assumptions for accuracy and soundness.
• Helps calculate annual CAM reconciliations and track percentage rent.
• Reviews management software for accuracy of rent roll, square footage, rents; establishes commercial pro-rata share for expenses.
• Creates and conducts Webex training sessions on lease abstract information and lease language.
• Works with local teams to prepare default notices for tenants per lease terms.
• Supports new business pursuits on mixed-use projects when possible.
