Greystar, a leading global real estate platform, seeks a commercial property management/lease administrator to support mixed-use communities. You will interpret leases, prepare lease abstracts, and assist with CAM reconciliations and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial property management and/or lease administration experience.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software.
• Knowledge of CAM reconciliation processes.
• Strong understanding of commercial lease terms, property operations, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist local management with interpreting tenant leases and contractual obligations.
• Generate lease abstracts outlining key financial and legal information.
• Review operating budgets and income assumptions for accuracy and strategy.
• Calculate CAM reconciliations and track percentage rent.
• Support training for lease abstract information and lease language.
