Job summary

The Master’s Lawn & Pest is seeking a Commercial Lead II to manage a 3–4 person crew on commercial properties. You will ensure properties meet high standards, keep crews on schedule, and communicate effectively with clients and managers in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers full-time hours with hourly pay, health and life insurance, and a 3% IRA match. Growth opportunities exist as you lead larger projects and crews in the St. Augustine area.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a commercial landscape maintenance lead.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Knowledge of commercial mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and detailing.
• Ability to lead a crew of 3–4 on commercial properties.
• Maintain crew efficiency of 90% or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead a commercial maintenance crew and assign daily tasks.
• Ensure each property meets company quality standards before leaving the site.
• Maintain crew efficiency of 90% or higher.
• Submit upsell recommendations to management.
• Estimate maintenance and cleanup hours.
• Train and coach crew members on safety, equipment, and company procedures.
• Complete daily paperwork and crew time on time.
• Keep truck, trailer, and equipment clean and maintained.
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients or team members.
