Job summary

The Master’s Lawn & Pest in Brooksville, Florida and surrounding areas is seeking an experienced Crew Leader to supervise a small team, operate company trucks, and drive route efficiency on residential and commercial jobs.

You will lead the crew, monitor on-site pace, ensure quality edging and property detail, and maintain equipment. We offer strong pay, quarterly bonuses, health insurance, 3% IRA match, PTO and holidays, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Lawn maintenance experience with commercial equipment (zero-turns, mowers, trimmers).
• Proven ability to lead a 2-3 person crew and manage daily route pace.
• Ability to work outdoors 8–10 hours daily in Florida conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew and operate the crew truck/trailer.
• Maintain quality standards: edging, cleanup, and property detail.
• Oversee equipment care and ensure trucks/trailers are clean and organized.
• Represent The Master's Lawn & Pest professionally when speaking with homeowners and property managers.
