Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking an estimator to review plans and prepare bid information for commercial landscape and irrigation projects. The BVG Estimator will gather take-off data, compile estimates, and present routine and detailed cost estimates for proposals.

This role requires experience with take-off software and Microsoft Office, strong communication, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in landscaping industry with estimating and managing landscape and irrigation projects.
• Experience with On-Screen Take-Off and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Gather, calculate, and compile take-off data for use in bid proposal estimates.
• Prepare routine estimates and detailed cost estimates for ancillary projects under supervision.
• Maintain current and accurate information on prices from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Utilize standard estimate software to present information to management.
• Demonstrate ethics and integrity in all activities.
