Job summary

K&D Factory Service is seeking experienced Commercial Kitchen Service Technicians (Hot side) to cover multiple locations across Pennsylvania. With 2+ years in the field, you will diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment, report activities on a tablet, and ensure a top-tier customer experience while coordinating with our team from our Scranton area branches.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment or related industry.
Strong knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems.
Driving record must meet safety standards.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose and repair issues on commercial equipment.
Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after each call.
Provide excellent customer experience and collaborate with internal teams.
Be available for on-call schedule (including overtime pay).
Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment per guidelines.
