Job summary
K&D Factory Service is seeking experienced Commercial Kitchen Service Technicians (Hot side) to cover multiple locations across Pennsylvania. With 2+ years in the field, you will diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment, report activities on a tablet, and ensure a top-tier customer experience while coordinating with our team from our Scranton area branches.
We offer competitive hourly pay with a monthly technician bonus, overtime for on-call work, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems.
- Driving record must meet safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose and repair issues on commercial equipment.
- Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after each call.
- Provide excellent customer experience and collaborate with internal teams.
- Be available for on-call schedule (including overtime pay).
- Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment per guidelines.
