Job summary

K&D Factory Service is seeking experienced Commercial Kitchen Service Technicians (Hot side) to service Pennsylvania from multiple branches including Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, and nearby areas. Join a long‑standing company with a track record since 1945, servicing refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes.

You will perform dispatched service calls, diagnose issues, report activities on a tablet, and provide top‑notch customer

Qualifications

• 2+ years servicing commercial kitchen equipment or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose and repair issues on commercial equipment.
• Report all service activities on the tablet after each call.
• Provide excellent customer experience and support across teams.
• Work on-call schedule with overtime pay.
• Operate and manage company vehicles, tools, and equipment per guidelines.
