K&D Factory Service is hiring experienced technicians to service commercial kitchen equipment across Pennsylvania. Join a team working on refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment for restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes.

We offer a competitive hourly pay, on-call with overtime, PTO, health insurance, 401(k), and ongoing CFESA/manufacturer training. Applications welcome for 2+ years of related experience.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• Driving record must align with safety standards.
• CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus.
• Must be 18+ and pass background check and drug screen.

Mansioni

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues on commercial equipment.
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call.
• Provide excellent customer experience and partner with internal teams.
• Ability to work on-call schedule (including overtime pay).
• Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines.
