Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Experience servicing commercial cooking equipment.
• Hands-on onsite training opportunities.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and organized work ethic.
• Background check and drug screen.
• Driving record must align with safety standards.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert diagnostics and repairs on commercial refrigeration and ice machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair fryers, ovens, steamers, ranges, and more.
• Respond to emergency service calls and conduct preventative maintenance.
• Provide excellent service with courtesy and professionalism.
• Communicate with customers, dispatchers, managers, and sales staff.
• Rotate through after-hours and weekend on-call shifts.
• Identify new business opportunities while servicing accounts.
• Maintain service vehicle and parts orders.
• Complete paperwork and participate in ongoing training.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

From ice machines to walk‑in coolers, freezers, ovens, fryers, griddles, and HVAC units, if you’ve got the skills, we’ve got the opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform expert diagnostics and repairs on commercial refrigeration and ice machines
• Troubleshooting and repairing commercial cooking equipment like fryers, ovens, steamers, ranges, and more
• Respond to emergency service calls and conduct routine preventative maintenance
• Delivering outstanding service with courtesy and professionalism
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, managers, and sales staff
• Rotate through after‑hours and weekend on‑call shifts
• Spot new business opportunities while servicing existing accounts
• Maintain your service vehicle and manage parts orders
• Complete all required paperwork and attend ongoing training
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
