1-2-3 Equipment Solutions, a Tech24 Company, seeks a Hot & Cold Technician to service commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment across Virginia and North Carolina. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, traveling between customer sites with independence and strong customer service. A valid EPA certification is preferred and travel is extensive.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot efficiently.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment.
• Inspects equipment and components for safe operation.
• Communicates status of repairs to customers and staff.
• Completes service tickets and manages truck stock.
• Maintains vehicle, tools, and uniforms to company standards.
• Sets a positive example for junior technicians.
