Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Industry certifications (a plus).
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage your day effectively.
• Comfortable working overtime and participating in on-call rotations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and a commitment to craftsmanship.
• Ability to handle physical demands and field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform service, repair, installation, and maintenance on a variety of commercial kitchen equipment including refrigeration.
• Diagnose mechanical, electronic, and electrical issues and repair to manufacturer specifications.
• Coordinate daily schedules with dispatch and communicate delays professionally.
• Manage electronic work orders and documentation using a company-issued iPad.
• Answer customer questions, identify additional service needs, and deliver an exceptional experience.
• Participate in rotating on-call shifts for emergency service needs.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory to high standards.
• Attend ongoing technical training to stay updated on industry advancements.
• Report safety concerns and identify potential new business opportunities.
• Support the team and contribute to a culture of service, excellence, and safety.
