Job summary

K&D Factory Service is seeking a Commercial Kitchen Service Technician (Hot side) to service and repair commercial kitchen equipment across Pennsylvania. You will diagnose issues, perform dispatched calls, and ensure quality customer outcomes.

Requirements include 2+ years in the field, knowledge of gas, steam, electrical or mechanical systems, and a clean driving record. CFESA certification or manufacturer training is a plus; background check and drug screen mandatory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment or in a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• Driving record must align with our safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus!
• Must be 18 years of age
• Completion of a Successful background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and all other problems on commercial equipment
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call
• Provide an excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team members
• Ability to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay)
• Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines
