Job summary

Great Lakes Service is seeking qualified Commercial Kitchen Service Technicians (hot side) to install, diagnose, and repair equipment at customer sites in the Midwest, including Indiana. A minimum of three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair is required.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($25–$50+), OT, a company vehicle, benefits, PTO, 401k with match, and ongoing technical training. Participation in after-hours and weekend on-call schedules is required in our 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of prior experience in commercial kitchen repair or equivalent military technical roles.
• Electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills.
• Excellent customer communication skills.
• Successful completion of drug screen and criminal background screening.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Commercial Kitchen Equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by meeting expectations on every service call.
• Complete service calls promptly.
• Identify new customers and opportunities within existing accounts.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call schedules.
• Maintain service vehicle and order necessary parts.
