OnDemand Restaurant Service LLC in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Technician to service commercial refrigeration, HVAC, cooking, and related foodservice equipment across restaurants and facilities.

Competenze

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn commercial foodservice equipment.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to accurately complete digital work orders and documentation.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Ability to work on ladders and in various indoor and outdoor environments.

Mansioni

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance services on commercial equipment, including walk-in coolers, reach-in refrigeration, ice machines, HVAC, condensers, burners, ovens, and dishwashers.
• Inspect equipment for wear, damage, leaks, or potential failure and document findings.
• Clean coils, components, filters, burners, and other parts per PM program.
• Check operation, temperatures, electrical components, and connections.
• Identify issues and recommend additional service; perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Document equipment condition and maintenance performed; capture before/after photos.
• Complete accurate work orders, notes, and checklists; communicate concerns to customers.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, cleaning equipment, and inventory; follow safety guidelines.
