Qualifications

• Experience with commercial kitchen/refrigeration parts preferred.
• Identify parts using models, serial numbers, diagrams.
• Familiarity with major manufacturers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify parts using model and serial numbers, equipment manuals, diagrams, and vendor resources.
• Source and order commercial kitchen and refrigeration parts.
• Respond promptly to parts requests from technicians and service managers.
• Obtain pricing, availability, and estimated delivery dates from vendors.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate purchasing records.
• Receive deliveries and verify quantities, pricing, and condition.
• Label, organize, and maintain parts inventory.
• Issue parts to technicians and accurately record inventory transactions.
• Track open orders, backorders, special orders, and emergency requests.
• Process returns, credits, core charges, and warranty claims.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels for commonly used parts.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Coordinate parts pickups and deliveries when necessary.
• Keep the shop, parts room, and storage areas clean, organized, and secure.
• Communicate potential delays or parts issues to the appropriate team members.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
