Job summary

Culinary Depot is seeking a hands-on, experienced Project Manager to lead commercial kitchen installation projects from start to finish. You’ll take full ownership — from contract signing through completion — ensuring every phase runs smoothly, on time, and on budget.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a strong understanding of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems in commercial kitchens.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Strong understanding of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems in commercial kitchens.
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable — able to balance multiple projects at once.
• Creative problem solver who can anticipate challenges.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial kitchen installation projects from contract to closeout.
• Coordinate with general contractors, architects, owners, and subcontractors to meet project goals.
• Oversee installation crews and ensure safety, quality, and timeline standards.
• Take field measurements, manage submittals, and coordinate inspections.
• Schedule equipment production, deliveries, and start-ups.
• Partner with Operations and Sales to ensure seamless project execution.
• Proactively identify issues and develop smart, effective solutions.
• Review drawings and specifications to confirm accuracy and compliance.
