Job summary

CONES Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to cover the Iowa City and Cedar Rapids corridor. You will troubleshoot and repair commercial cooking, beverage, and refrigeration equipment, with on-the-job training and access to CFESA certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in diagnosing and repairing commercial cooking, beverage, and refrigeration equipment is helpful.
• Strong reading of electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Willingness to obtain necessary licenses and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional field service in commercial kitchens across IA City/Cedar Rapids corridor.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment; perform preventative maintenance and emergency calls.
• Build relationships with customers and vendors; document work and parts used; collect COD payments when needed.
