Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves and related equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing to extend appliance lifespan.
• Install new appliances according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Replace defective parts and calibrate systems for proper functionality.
• Maintain accurate service records and provide clear reports on repairs and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
