You will serve restaurants, schools, hospitals, hotels, and other facilities, ensuring kitchens operate safely and reliably.

Ideal candidates have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, read schematics, communicate clearly with customers, and hold a valid driver's license.

• Experience repairing commercial kitchen or foodservice equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage a service schedule.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain a wide range of commercial foodservice equipment.
• Work with restaurants, schools, healthcare facilities, hotels and other customers.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, gas, refrigeration, and plumbing issues.
• Repair and maintain ovens, fryers, griddles, steamers, ranges, dishwashers, refrigeration equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete service calls accurately and professionally.
• Communicate with customers about problems and repairs.
• Maintain service records.
• Follow safety procedures and manufacturer specifications.
• Keep service vehicle and tools organized and maintained.
