Job summary

Commercial Appliance Parts & Service, Inc. is seeking an experienced Service Technician to diagnose, repair, install, and maintain a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment for restaurants, schools, and facilities.

You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, gas, refrigeration, and plumbing issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure safety procedures and manufacturer specs are followed. We offer up to a $6,000 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay, benefits, and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Experience repairing commercial kitchen or foodservice equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of gas, electrical, refrigeration, or plumbing systems is a plus.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain a wide range of commercial foodservice equipment.
• Serve restaurants, schools, healthcare facilities, hotels, and other commercial customers.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, gas, refrigeration, and plumbing issues.
• Repair ovens, fryers, griddles, steamers, ranges, dishwashers, refrigeration equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and complete service calls accurately.
• Communicate with customers regarding repairs and maintain service records.
• Follow safety procedures and manufacturer specifications.
• Keep service vehicle, tools, and equipment organized and maintained.
