PT Holdings LLC is seeking a Commercial Kitchen Equipment Service Technician to diagnose, repair, install, and maintain a wide range of equipment for restaurants and institutions. You will travel to customer sites, perform preventive maintenance, and document service records.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of gas, electrical, refrigeration, or plumbing systems is a plus.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, gas, refrigeration, and plumbing-related equipment issues.
• Repairing and maintaining commercial cooking equipment.
• Servicing ovens, fryers, griddles, steamers, ranges, dishwashers, refrigeration equipment, and other foodservice equipment.
• Performing preventative maintenance.
• Diagnosing equipment failures and determining the best repair solution.
• Completing service calls accurately and professionally.
• Communicating with customers regarding equipment problems and recommended repairs.
• Maintaining accurate service records.
• Following all safety procedures and manufacturer specifications.
• Keeping your service vehicle, tools, and equipment organized and maintained.
