Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair and maintain a broad spectrum of commercial gas, electric, and steam equipment including ovens, fryers, steam systems and prep equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Work with management guidelines and existing procedures to complete tasks.
• Be comfortable using smartphones/tablets and basic software.
• Assist with office tasks such as collection calls, shipping/receiving as needed.

Job Description/Qualifications:

Inspect, diagnose, repair and maintain a broad spectrum of commercial gas, electric, and steam equipment, including, but not limited to: All cooking equipment (combi ovens, convection ovens, track/conveyor ovens, pizza decks, microwaves, tilt skillets, grills, griddles, broilers, electric/gas ranges) Fryers & Heat Systems, Steam & Water Line Equipment and Countertop & Food Prep Equipment

Troubleshoot

Perform preventative maintenance

Ability to read electrical schematics.

Ability to read/interpret blueprints.

Must be able to participate on an on-call rotation for emergency service.

Well versed with smart devices (e.g. Android phone and tablet) is a plus.

Relies on direction from management and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and the ability to work and communicate with peers and customers.

Work on call per schedule
