Job summary

Santa Rita Landscaping Inc. in Mesa, AZ is hiring an experienced Irrigation Technician to support installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial irrigation systems. You will work with high-performing crews to deliver quality results for local clients.

The role involves troubleshooting clocks, valves, wires and pipes, performing system checks and assessments, reporting materials and hours, and assisting with enhancement projects. Competitive hourly pay and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

2+ years irrigation experience (commercial preferred).
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
Experience with conventional & 2-wire electrical troubleshooting & repairs.
Capable of programming and monitoring smart controllers.
Experience installing and repairing pipes & valves up to 2 inches.
Dedication to high-quality craftsmanship and making sure the job is done right.
Irrigation related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems (clocks, valves, wires, heads, pipes).
Perform regular system checks and irrigation assessments on assigned properties.
Accurately report your materials and hours used.
Communicate with team leads about repair and enhancement needs.
Assist with the installation of enhancement irrigation projects.
