Job summary

BrightView Landscapes in Avondale, AZ is seeking an Irrigation Technician to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain irrigation systems on client sites. You will test installations, diagnose problems, and ensure reliable operation.

The role requires at least 1 year of irrigation installation/inspection experience, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of trenchers, multi-meters, wire locators, ditchers, and pipe sizing. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of productive experience in the installation, inspection and repair of irrigation systems.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Knowledge of trenchers, multi-meters, wire locators, ditchers and pipe sizing is essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and test new installations, troubleshoot and repair problems, observe pipe and valve placements and evaluate start-ups, winterization and operation of the irrigation system.
• Conduct and record detailed inspections and plan/execute upgrades of client systems.
