MPI is seeking a Project Superintendent - Commercial Interiors (Tenant Improvements) to lead on-site field operations for interior construction projects in Austin. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and highest quality execution on Class A offices and high-rise interiors.

Coordinate subcontractors and vendors, read construction drawings, and drive timely completions while collaborating with Project Managers to deliver premium results.

Description

As the Superintendent, you will oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage day-to-day field operations for tenant improvement and interior construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders throughout all phases of construction
• Develop and maintain project schedules to drive timely project completion
• Conduct site meetings and proactively resolve field challenges
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, company standards, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor workmanship and quality control to ensure client expectations are exceeded
• Partner closely with Project Managers to deliver successful project outcomes

Profile

For the Project Superintendent - Commercial Interiors (Tenant Improvements) we are seeking:

• 3+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction
• Proven experience leading Class A office, high-rise, and tenant improvement projects
• Strong knowledge of commercial interior construction methods and sequencing
• Demonstrated success managing subcontractors and maintaining project schedules
