Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking a motivated commercial insurance sales professional to develop a pipeline of transportation and construction clients. You will work with experienced producers to learn our proven sales process and build your book of business.

The role starts in-office for 90 days for hands-on training, with licensing support and a pathway to equity within the agency. A base salary of $37,440 plus commissions aims for $75,000–$95,000 in year one, with top performers reaching

Qualifications

Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
2+ years of sales or insurance industry experience preferred (but we will train the right candidate)
Licensing: Must have or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license - we will cover all licensing costs
