HonorVet Technologies is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial insurance clients and provide expert guidance on coverage and risk. The position targets an experienced insurance professional who can take greater ownership of client relationships and grow into a trusted risk advisor.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in commercial lines insurance and account management.
• Ability to evaluate coverage and business risks.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance concepts, policies and risk exposures.
• Proven ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Experience with insurance management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts end-to-end.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted contact.
• Review policies for gaps and misalignment with exposures.
• Evaluate business risks and recommend coverage and risk solutions.
• Advise clients and communicate recommendations clearly in writing and speech.
• Support producers with account strategy and client needs.
• Analyze complex client scenarios and determine actions.
• Collaborate with team to develop effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate account information and stay current with products.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
