Farmers Insurance District 3504 is expanding its Business Insurance Agent initiative, inviting licensed professionals to build and own a book of business across the district. You will quote and issue Business Insurance policies, partner with agents, and scale the operation over time.

The role offers commission splits, a chance to recruit and train a team, and close collaboration with district offices and agency owners to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Property & Casualty license required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence sales.
• Self-motivated, organized, and driven to meet production goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Quote and issue Business Insurance policies on behalf of agents within the district via BIE.
• Serve as the go-to commercial insurance expert across multiple agency offices.
• Partner with agents to identify commercial opportunities and help close sales.
• Split commission with participating agents as agreed.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and underwriting integrity.
• Stay current on product offerings, guidelines, and market trends.
• Recruit, interview and train team members and scale as the initiative grows.
• Assist with training and onboarding of agency staff on business insurance best practices.
