Job summary

USI Insurance Services invites you to join its Commercial Insurance Career Track Program in Houston for 18 months of hands-on development. You’ll support account teams, assist with applications and policy updates, and learn how brokers craft client-centered insurance solutions with carriers.

You'll receive structured training, mentorship, and increasing responsibility as you grow, gaining practical experience in client communications, renewals, risk assessment, and day-to-day account management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed within the last two years.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support account teams in servicing client accounts across industries.
• Assist in preparing applications, summaries, schedules, and client deliverables.
• Gather information from carriers such as loss runs and policy updates.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Coordinate client requests and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Support renewal preparation and ongoing account service activities.
