Commercial Insurance Associate Account Manager

Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Assist Commercial Account Managers with service requests such as endorsements, claims, billing, audits, certificates, cancellations, and reinstatements, including processing in EPIC.
• Support renewal processes by gathering requirements, updating applications, creating renewal presentations, and handling related documentation.
• Check policies using EPIC, issue certificates through EPIC and CSR24, and obtain quotes for policy adjustments.
• Enter claims data into EPIC, submit to carriers, and follow up as instructed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and valid California Property/Casualty license.
• Proficiency with PC, EPIC, Microsoft Office, and internet browsers.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and dependability.

Physical and Work Environment

• Moderate stress, high finger dexterity, occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Remote, inside office setting with high contact via digital communication tools.

Compensation
