Farmers Insurance District 95 is seeking a Commercial Insurance Specialist to join our team. You’ll build your own book of business focused on commercial policies and work with district agents to grow their commercial lines.

This role offers leadership opportunities across District 95 and access to advanced tools and training to help you succeed in one of the fastest-growing markets in the country.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial insurance sales is required.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate commercial leads through multiple channels including networking, referrals, local business outreach, and digital marketing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners to understand their unique commercial insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct needs-based assessments and confidently present commercial coverage options across a range of industries.
• Guide clients through the application and underwriting process, ensuring a seamless and timely experience.
• Stay current on commercial product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Mentor and support agents throughout District 95, helping them grow their own commercial policy sales.
• Provide outstanding customer service with proactive follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and policy renewals.
