Job summary

OneGroup is seeking a Client Advisor & Insurance Specialist to manage a Commercial Lines client book in a hybrid work environment. You will analyze coverage, advise on policies, and build long-term client relationships.

The role requires a Property/Casualty license, CISR designation preferred, and at least 5 years of insurance experience. Expect collaboration with carriers and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Property/Casualty license required; CE to maintain license.
• Maintain Agent/Broker license through CE.
• CISR designation encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Promote and explain insurance products to clients.
• Increase profitability by offering added-value services.
• Consult on coverage for client needs; advise and onboard policies.
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to client queries.
• Coordinate with carriers and colleagues on products and market conditions.
• Ensure compliance with OneGroup procedures and policy changes.
• Negotiate with underwriters to meet client demands.
• Utilize Applied Epic and Microsoft Office suites effectively.
• Attend training to develop skills and knowledge.
• Perform other duties as required.
