Job summary

Role

As a HUB Insurance Sales Producer you will prospect for business based on your local networks, connections, and communities. The role supports all product lines—personal, commercial, employee benefits, and other coverages—while you build an entrepreneurial journey with the backing of HUB’s corporate and regional offices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales, service, and solicitation of all forms of insurance business
• Maximize growth and client retention through superior customer service
• Develop accounts and cross‑sell available products and services
• Generate and pursue new client opportunities
• Present services and solutions at prospect meetings
• Bring new business prospects to closure
• Retain clients by maintaining solid business‑to‑business relationships

Qualifications

• 3+ years of previous business‑to‑business sales experience
• Commercial insurance sales experience highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience selling to a specific industry is a plus
• Required to obtain appropriate state licensing within 90 days of hire
• Preference given to those with existing insurance licensure and/or industry designations
• Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines
• Good listening skills and ability to determine clients’ needs efficiently

Compensation

Base pay range: $60,000 to $250,000 per year, influenced by skills, experience, location, and business line. Positions are eligible for commission based on closed sales transactions. Additional bonuses, equity, and commissions may be available for some positions.
