Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager for our Lake Mary, FL office. You will partner with service and sales teams to deliver insurance and risk management solutions while nurturing long-term client relationships.

Ideal candidates hold a Florida 2-20 license, have 4+ years in a commercial insurance agency, and are proficient with Excel and AMS360. Travel is limited; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
• 4+ years of experience in a commercial insurance agency environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with proactive service and solutions.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, invoices, and coverage questions.
• Manage policy administration including new business, renewals, online rating, invoicing, and audits.
• Maintain accurate records in the agency management system.
• Collaborate with clients, carriers, brokers, and internal teams.
• Support client stewardship meetings and onsite visits.
• Ensure responsive, professional service throughout the client lifecycle.
