This role emphasizes client service, renewal management, and account administration across construction and contractor client segments. We offer opportunities at Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Senior Account Executive levels, with a focus on service excellence and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years of insurance industry experience.
• Active insurance license.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and brokerage operations.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CIC or equivalent designation preferred.

Responsabilités

• Respond to client service requests and inquiries.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, billing requests, and claims support.
• Conduct coverage analysis and assist clients with policy-related questions.
• Maintain positive client relationships through responsive service.
• Manage policy expirations and renewal timelines.
• Gather underwriting information and prepare renewal submissions.
• Support renewal marketing efforts and proposal development.
• Assist with accounts receivable monitoring and collection efforts.
• Resolve billing and payment issues.
