Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager in Pleasanton, CA. Multiple experience levels considered: Account Associate, Senior Account Associate, and Account Manager Associate, with 2–5 years of commercial insurance experience and an active P&C license.

You will deliver client service, process endorsements, manage certificates, support renewals, and maintain accurate policy data across systems.

• Active P&C license
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Client Service & Support: Deliver proactive, responsive service to clients and internal teams.
• Policy Administration: Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements and manage certificates, ID cards, binders, invoices.
• Business & Renewal Support: Assist or lead new and renewal business processes, prepare submissions and gather underwriting information.
• Systems & Workflow Management: Maintain accurate client and policy data in systems and monitor activities to ensure timely task completion.
• Billing & Compliance: Resolve billing discrepancies and support collections, ensure adherence to policies and minimize E&O exposure.
